- Yes, we actually have a Quick Bid Package that was created to sell your home in one day using an open house in a way that no one has before(If your home doesn't sell in one day, we will pay you!*)

How long will my listing last?

- Whether you want to sell fast or you do not care when you sell, we have you covered.

- Your listing will last for as long as it takes to sell, we will not leave you stranded. - - The service you select may determine how fast and for how much your home will sell for.

- You can cancel your listing at anytime! Whether you don't want to move anymore, you want to use another brokerage or you want to try and sell it yourself.

How often will we communicate?

- We have a communication guarantee which states that we will communicate at least once per week with you and will respond to you within 24 hours or we will pay you!*
